Cookie Policy

Which cookies the Campus Eventi platform uses and why no consent is requested.

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This website uses technical cookies only. No profiling, advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used. Technical cookies do not require the user's prior consent (Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021): this is why no consent banner is shown.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit store on your device. They make the site work properly, keep your login session active and remember some preferences. Technical cookies are essential for the service to work; profiling cookies, which track browsing habits for advertising purposes, are not used on this website.

First-party cookies are set with the Secure (over HTTPS) and SameSite=Lax security attributes; session and registration cookies are also HttpOnly and cannot be read by third-party scripts.

Preferences stored without cookies

The light/dark theme choice is stored in the browser's local storage (key ce-theme). It is not a cookie: the data stays on the user's device and is never sent to the server.

3. Third-party video content

Some pages embed videos hosted on Vimeo and YouTube. The players are configured in enhanced privacy mode: YouTube through the youtube-nocookie.com domain and Vimeo through the dnt=1 (do not track) parameter. In this configuration the providers do not set profiling cookies or track the user for advertising purposes. Some purely technical player cookies may be set by the provider when the user starts playback, to make the video player work.

The providers' privacy notices are available at vimeo.com/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.

4. How to manage or disable cookies

You can always block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Please note, however, that blocking technical cookies prevents access to the platform, because without session cookies it is not possible to stay authenticated. Instructions for managing cookies are available in the guides for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.

5. Further information

For the processing of personal data collected through the platform, please see the Privacy Notice. For any questions you can write to technology.milan@wpp.it or, by certified email (PEC), to wppmarketing@legalmail.it.

This is a translation provided for convenience: in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
